The potential safety hazard has become the biggest problem to be overcome for high-capacity lithium battery products. Our company makes targeted design schemes in strict accordance with international safety standards. The dual protection lithium battery schemes developed for various safety certification, such as dual protection IC + MOS + fuse or protection IC + MOS + PTC / break, comply with international safety regulations, such as UL, CE, Tue, PSE, CB, GB... And other certification standards. The final product of handheld mapping instrument takes safety as the first criterion, which can achieve: 1. Arbitrary shape, 2. High energy density, 3. Double protection, good safety performance, 4. Thin and light, 5. Sufficient supply of goods.
Design requirements:
1、 Battery design requirements:
According to the product specifications and customer requirements, the handheld device battery pack supporting the host is designed to integrate the high-capacity battery cell and safety dual protection performance into the solution.
2、 Battery design scheme of handheld mapping instrument:
1) Protection board (PCM): it is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery pack. Due to the chemical characteristics of lithium battery, it is necessary to provide protection functions such as overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, overcurrent and over temperature, so as to avoid combustion, explosion and other hazards.
2) Protection IC: the main protection function chip of the design scheme, which can monitor the overcharge, over discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and other functions of the cell on-line. Make the cell work in a safe, stable and efficient range.
3) Overcurrent protection sheet (PTC): mainly designed for secondary protection function. PTC recoverable temperature fuse has dual functions of overcurrent protection and automatic recovery. PTC in battery products can prevent high-temperature battery discharge and unsafe high current.
4) Lithium battery: polymer 705056p lithium ion cell.
5) Field effect transistor (MOSFET): MOSFET tube, which plays a switching role in the protection circuit.
6) Battery pack packaging: rubber shell acoustic packaging.
