2. Explosion proof method
When charging lithium-ion batteries, the upper limit of charging voltage and the lower limit of discharging voltage must be set, and the ideal values are 4.2V and 2.4V respectively, so as to plan the life, capacity and safety at the same time; Other current caps are also necessary. The maintenance of lithium-ion battery shall include three items: upper charging voltage limit, lower discharge voltage limit and upper current limit. In the ordinary lithium-ion battery pack, except for the lithium-ion battery cell, there will be a maintenance board, which mainly provides these three maintenance items.
